In Cruce Vita - vocal ensemble More Antiquo

On Saturday, 7th February 2026, the Conservatorio di Musica di Vicenza “Arrigo Pedrollo” hosts a special event within the JERUS-IT-ARTS International Festival.

🎼 At 20:00, in the evocative setting of the Chiesa di San Lorenzo, the vocal ensemble More Antiquo, directed by Giovanni Conti, will perform the concert “IN CRUCE VITA”.

The programme offers a profound journey through Gregorian chant, tracing the liturgical and musical history of the Holy Cross—from its origins in Jerusalem to its veneration in the West. The repertoire highlights the deep spiritual legacy fostered by the Franciscan tradition and the ongoing exchange between Eastern and Western rites.
