The Custody of the Holy Land

The Custody of the Holy Land (Custodia Terræ Sanctæ in Latin) is a province of the Order of Friars Minor (Franciscans). It encompasses Israel, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Cyprus, and Rhodes, as well as several convents located in Egypt, Italy, the United States, and Argentina. Its headquarters are at the Convent of Saint Saviour in Jerusalem.
