Administrative assistant at the Conservatory of Music in Vicenza, I am in charge of the Erasmus Office and international relations. As part of this project, I manage mobility and the relationship between the Conservatory and the Magnificat Institute.

Technical-administrative officer at the Conservatory of Music in Vicenza, I manage artistic production, institutional communication, external relations, and ceremonial duties. I have over twenty years of experience in cultural management, developed in both the theatre and music sectors.

Coordinator of "Work Package 1" (Training and Mutual Learning, Exchanges and Mobility) for the Jerus-It-Arts project. As a full professor, I am responsible for managing the relationship with the Magnificat Institute in Jerusalem, overseeing the organization and management of educational initiatives. With twenty years of experience living and working in Asia (through artistic productions, cultural exchanges and liaising with local authorities and diplomatic representatives), I firmly believe that art, culture and music together form a powerful master key for the development and growth of international relations.

I am the vice coordinator of the Jerus-It-Arts project. I have a classical-philological and musical education. I teach poetry for music and musical dramaturgy, I deal with musical rhetoric, Plautine theater, choir and orchestra conducting and composition
