Guest speaker: Paola Rivetti (Dublin City University) presents Hijab Butch Blues, which she curated. The book follows Lamy from childhood to the move from the Middle East to the United States for university, through to adulthood—a universal coming-of-age narrative of self-determination that challenges stereotypes and cultural barriers.
